Responsibilities

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant will:

Be responsible for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with Marketing Cloud Connect and other integrations.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and writing statements of work.
Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders.
Design and/or build integrations between Marketing Cloud and 3rd party applications or data sources.
Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud.

Skills

As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you must have:

Proficiency in solution design and build processes, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Strong technical knowledge of AMPScript, HTML, and SQL, enabling you to develop custom solutions and troubleshoot technical challenges with ease.
Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully keep to deadlines.

Experience Requirements

Experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations, working hands-on in Marketing Cloud implementations, ideally involving integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms.

Qualifications

As a minimum, hold a Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
