Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce FSL Architect to work on a 12-month contract basis, with a leading Salesforce consulting company.

This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing to innovative projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer-facing skills, robust business analyst capabilities, and hands-on experience in solutioning, configuration, and technical implementation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with clients to understand business processes and constraints.
  2. Design robust, scalable, and flexible solution architectures for various customer projects.
  3. Develop and validate estimates to support project scope and change orders.
  4. Provide architectural oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions, including configuration of scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives.
  6. Manage expectations and maintain communication with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

Skills

  1. A proven background working on the Salesforce platform.
  2. Strong business analyst skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  3. Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and technical implementation.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Experience Requirements

Proven experience specifically with Salesforce Field Service (FSL).

Qualifications

Salesforce Certified (e.g., Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant).
