You will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of new and innovative technologies, processes, or solutions within the allocated area(s) of responsibility. You will contribute to the design, build and delivery of systems that help grow the business, explore new technologies and tools to help and advance the technology development and optimise design.
The expectation of the Lead developer role will be responsible for managing a team focused on technology development, providing guidance whilst ensuring compliance with internal policies, best practices, relevant laws, and regulations. Also, you will manage relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate with other departments to define technology requirements, leading the solution design process for the given platforms.
