About the Role:

I am seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in the healthcare sector. This is a great opportunity to work on enhancing their CRM using Salesforce Health Cloud.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Health Cloud and a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry's unique requirements. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to healthcare needs, with a focus on Salesforce Health Cloud.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
3. Design, build, and maintain reliable and reusable code.
4. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues and optimize application performance.
6. Stay updated with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Proven experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud.
2. Solid understanding of healthcare processes and regulations.
3. Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
4. Experience with Salesforce integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs).
5. Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Skills:

1. Familiarity with other healthcare-specific Salesforce solutions.
2. Experience with agile development methodologies.
3. Certifications in Salesforce Health Cloud or relevant Salesforce certifications.
