Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Change Manager to join their team. This role involves facilitating change management processes, particularly in a non-profit setting, while working remotely with occasional travel to London. The successful candidate will play a key role in training and engaging stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

As the Salesforce Change Manager you will be responsible for:

  1. Develop and implement change management strategies to support Salesforce adoption.
  2. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance user understanding and engagement.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns.
  4. Monitor and report on change management progress and outcomes.

Skills

As the Salesforce Change Manager we are looking for the following:

  1. Proven background with change management, with a focus on Salesforce.
  2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  3. Familiarity with the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or experience in the non-profit sector.
  4. Ability to travel to London 2 to 3 days per month.

Experience Requirements

Proven experience in training and stakeholder management.

Able to utilize experience with the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) to tailor change management approaches.
