Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) | Remote UK | Permanent | £150k (DOE) + Bonus Benefits

I’m working exclusively with a forward-thinking consultancy that’s building something special — not just another Salesforce practice, but a tight-knit team of experts trusted by enterprise clients to solve complex business problems with elegance and technical precision.

They’re now looking to bring on a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect who’s not just looking for the next project — but a seat at the strategic table. You’ll be the North Star guiding their architectural approach, mentoring future CTAs, and shaping multi-cloud solutions that have real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Leading end-to-end Salesforce architecture on enterprise-level engagements
2. Translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, performant solutions
3. Providing architectural governance, coaching, and mentoring to delivery teams and aspiring architects
4. Working directly with C-level stakeholders on digital transformation roadmaps
5. Acting as a trusted advisor on best practices across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and more

What we’re looking for:

1. You must hold a current Salesforce CTA certification (this is non-negotiable)
2. Deep experience across the Salesforce ecosystem, with strong exposure to enterprise architecture
3. Outstanding stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
4. Consultancy background (but not essential if you’ve operated at an enterprise level)
