As the Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring a successful implementation of their Salesforce solution, working alongside a dedicated product manager and cross-functional project team.

This contract position is Outside IR35, working approximately two days per week in London.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for the Salesforce Business Analyst include:

1. Ensure a good understanding of all aspects of the CRM project, both technical and non-technical.
2. Design, develop, document, and test system requirements and changes in accordance with the project plan.
3. Manage testing and end-user training, ensuring training materials are developed and shared.
4. Work with key stakeholders to ensure that 'To Be' end-user processes are appropriate, documented, and understood by end users.
5. Plan and manage tasks related to system implementation and process review, including responding to risks and changes in the project.
