Position: Salesforce Administrator Senior

Location: Remote
Reports to: Tech Lead & Full Stack Developer
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic and Managerial Responsibilities
    1. Lead and mentor junior Salesforce Administrator(s).
    2. Develop and implement long-term Salesforce strategy aligned with business goals.
    3. Manage complex Salesforce projects from conception to completion.
    4. Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and Salesforce.
    5. Oversee system architecture and design decisions.
    6. Implement advanced automation using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
    7. Manage integrations with other enterprise systems.
    8. Conduct regular system audits and optimize performance.
    9. Lead change management initiatives and user adoption strategies.
  2. Other Key Responsibilities
    1. Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
    2. Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
    3. Customize and configure the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
    4. Import and maintain sales data, including leads, contacts, and other relevant information.
    5. Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
    6. Perform regular database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and data cleansing.
    7. Evaluate and implement new Salesforce releases and features.
    8. Provide user support, training, and documentation.
    9. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and improve business processes.

Requirements

  1. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  3. 2-3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  4. Strong understanding of Salesforce products, functionalities, and best practices.
  5. Proficiency in creating and maintaining Salesforce databases.
  6. Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  9. Proven experience leading Salesforce projects and teams.
  10. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance.
  11. Experience with Salesforce development using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
  12. Proficiency in data modeling, business process automation, and system integration.
  13. Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level interactions.
