We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support our client’s IT and business systems, with a primary focus on managing and maintaining their Salesforce platform. This role will involve working closely with the Business Systems Manager/Product Owner to handle the day-to-day operations of Salesforce, as well as contributing to system improvements and business-critical projects.
Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, ensuring smooth operation across the business
Support system updates, migrations, and integrations to enhance business functionality
Maintain data integrity, security, and disaster recovery processes within Salesforce
Support projects and process improvements, working in an agile and fast-paced environment
Minimum Requirements
Some experience with Salesforce administration (corporate, education, or strong user experience)
Strong interest in IT and business systems with a desire to learn and develop
A degree in a related field (e.g. IT, Business Systems, Computer Science)
