Salesforce Administrator

Here at JELD-WEN Europe, a global organisation that produces and manufacturers Doors and Doorsets, we’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator based in the UK. This is a home-based role working within a growing cross functional team and offers opportunity to be hands on with the latest Salesforce products.

Reporting to the Salesforce Team Lead you will be instrumental to the expansion of the European Salesforce solution, a key deliverable on our transformation project roadmaps. Features will be built on and aligned with our current Salesforce implementation and as such communication and alignment within the immediate team as well as across scrum teams is vital.

We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform whilst supporting our business users. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including actioning and responding to support tickets, training, and finding solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.

What your impact will be:

1. All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
2. Action and respond to user support tickets.
3. Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
4. Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
5. Create user training materials and deliver user training.
6. When required, support on Salesforce development.

What you'll need to succeed:

1. Previous experience (3yrs +) as an Administrator working with Salesforce.
2. AGILE ways of working experience.
3. Platform App Builder Salesforce certification.
4. Experience with Apex, HTML and VS code.
5. Comfortable with Salesforce Administrator activities as well as some developer activities.
6. Experience with Salesforce Flows and Process Builder.
7. Experience with Sales & Service Cloud.
8. Certified or Advanced Admin certification desirable.
9. Experience with CI/CD and Deployment tools desirable.
10. Marketing Cloud and/or Experience Cloud working knowledge.
11. Experience/Knowledge of using SNOW (Service Now) desirable.
12. Experience/Knowledge of Atlassian products – Jira / Confluence desirable.
