Job Title: Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator

Location: Manchester or Leicester (Office-Based, 5 Days a Week)

Salary: Paying up to £45,000 DOE

As the sole Salesforce Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and optimising the company's Salesforce environment. You will be responsible for maintaining system functionality, providing user support, and ensuring our Salesforce platform meets the evolving needs of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of their role and grow their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure Salesforce to support business processes and user needs.
  2. Manage user accounts and provide training to support Salesforce users.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features.
  4. Stay up to date with Salesforce updates and best practices to continuously improve system functionality.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (2-3 years preferred).
  2. Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
  3. Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and workflows within Salesforce.
