Job description

Salary of up to £40k (doe as always!)

Please note before applying - this role would suit a second Salesforce jobber. You know Salesforce & are keen to continue to learn but also feel confident to have autonomy in your role.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office (2 days a week in the office, 3 days wfh/office)

Our mission:

  • Two in five people in the UK rent their homes. Goodlord's mission? To provide them with the best renting experience in the world.
  • We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant.
  • Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission!

The Opportunity:

Working in our Business Systems team, you will be responsible for working with, and becoming an expert on, existing and new business processes and software applications. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for automation and generating high-quality reports to pinpoint bottlenecks and inconsistencies in our teams' workflows.

The day to day stuff is:

  • Understanding, managing and ultimately automating/improving the operational processes that underlie our Sales cycle.
  • Using Salesforce (SFDC) to support business as usual as well as supporting strategic projects for stakeholders across the business.
  • Using SFDC reporting, import wizard, and data loader to query and manipulate data and keep our database updated and accurate as well as providing visibility to everyone from end users up to the executive team on sales numbers & team activities.
  • Owning the administration, configuration and support of Salesforce and other supporting software including Twilio and Vonage.

What we need from you:

  • You have a track record of delivering Salesforce based solutions in a timely manner using current best practices.
  • You are able to work independently to solve problems and can justify your design decisions to the wider team.
  • You’re confident speaking to stakeholders in order to understand their challenges and help find a solution.
  • We would love if you have completed your Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification!

What's in it for you:

  • Grow with Goodlord: your development is important to us, that’s why we are Great Place to Work - certified. Have a goal in mind? Share it with us and you can use your £1000 annual development fund to support it.
  • Your well-being matters: bi-weekly coaching with Sanctus to provide Goodlordians with a safe place to talk and support your mental health.
  • 25 days holiday (plus UK Bank holidays) plus 1 day per full holiday year up to 32 days: We believe regular breaks are essential for well-being and we encourage (some may say expect!) all Goodlordians to take full advantage of their annual leave entitlement.
  • Supporting your family: we offer Goodlordians of all genders a generous 3 months of fully-paid time off to look after their new arrivals.
