Salesforce Administrator
Contract - 12-month FTC (Maternity cover)
Location - Andover (Hybrid)
Salary - Up to £46,000 + Bonus + Flex bens pot + Pension + Healthplan + 36 days holiday + hybrid working

As our Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a key role in optimising and managing our Salesforce platform. Working within an agile environment as part of a squad, you’ll configure the Salesforce platform for Simplyhealth, supporting the continued enhancement and deployment of Salesforce.com for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, solving complex problems and identifying technical solutions along the way.

Key responsibilities

1. Administration of Salesforce.com org.
2. Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfil user stories.
3. Configure Workflows, assignment rules, validation rules, approval processes, user management, custom objects, custom fields, entitlement processes, record types, page layouts.
4. Build relationships across the business to ensure there is a positive working environment.
5. Proactive in finding new solutions to ways of working within Salesforce.
6. Ensure the Salesforce team processes are adhered to.
7. Work with the QA team to ensure testing is completed on all changes.
8. Deployment of changes through change sets (any experience in CI/CD pipelines is advantageous).
9. Have an understanding of business processes being used in Salesforce by working closely with our users on a regular basis.
10. Perform mass updates using Data loader.
11. Review and recommend potential solutions using the Salesforce AppExchange.

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s not just technically skilled but also excited about the potential of Salesforce to transform how businesses operate.

To Be Considered You Must Have

1. Experience of configuring and customising the Salesforce eco system.
2. Knowledge of administering the Salesforce platform across Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.
3. A strong interest in new Salesforce capabilities and its application in a business environment.
4. Experience of working in Agile delivery teams, with an understanding of Agile Frameworks - Scrum/XP/Kanban.
5. The ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple assignments.

Our Dream Candidate Will Also Have Experience Of

1. Working in a support environment and the understanding of strong Customer Service.
2. Writing SOQL queries.
3. Source Code Management tools like Salesforce DX.
4. Continuous integration/Delivery.
5. Plus, will be a Certified Salesforce Administrator.

We have a head office in Hampshire, but depending on your role, you’ll be able to enjoy our ‘smart working’ approach. This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more.
