Our client has ambitious growth plans and is seeking a talented Salesforce Admin Trainer who specializes in planning and delivering Salesforce or SaaS product training to global customers.
This is a homeworking role from the UK. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
Perform general system administration tasks on Salesforce, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Manage and engage with stakeholders effectively, understanding their needs and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
Maintain and enhance Salesforce configurations, workflows, and reports to support business processes.
Provide support and deliver training on Salesforce or SaaS products to users to maximize the platform's capabilities.
Skills
Strong communication skills and proven experience in stakeholder management.
Planned and delivered multiple training sessions for global users for Salesforce or SaaS products.
Solid understanding of general system administration, with a focus on Salesforce.
Experience Requirements
Must have a proven background working as a Salesforce Administrator.
You will ideally have an understanding of HR functions and possess strong Salesforce administration skills.
