Sales Team Manager - Lead Generation

Basic Salary: £32,000 to £35,000, OTE £62,000 - £65,000 Uncapped

Location: Bolton

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (08:30 am - 5 pm)

As our Sales Team Manager, you'll be at the heart of our team's success, bringing energy and encouragement to help everyone perform at their best. From daily coaching sessions and midday briefings to individual 1-2-1's, you'll work closely with each team member, supporting their growth and recognising wins keeping motivation high.
