Job description

The Agena Group was formed in 2019 as a UK based multi-disciplinary company. We specialise in parking and software solutions. Our mission is to disrupt industry norms, to innovate, and to provide professional, ethical, customer-focused services.

We’re working hard to raise standards within the parking industry, and to promote regulatory compliance. We invest heavily in our people to provide them with opportunities for growth and development, with dedicated programmes designed to help our employees fulfil their true potential.

Agena takes pride in the quality of solutions that we provide, the expert knowledge of our staff and the strong partnerships we have with our customers. We’re here to help you think differently about parking. Why not join us?

Position:

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We're on the lookout for a motivated, strategic, and forward-thinking Sales Team Leader to play a key role in driving the success of our Sales Team.

In this pivotal position, you'll support the Sales Manager and help shape the future of our growing team, bringing fresh energy, innovation, and leadership to a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

We're looking for someone with a passion for people, a drive to develop, and the confidence to lead by example. If you’re hungry for growth, eager to make a real impact, and ready to help take our team to new heights — we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities And Duties:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the Sales Team to uphold high standards of professionalism and performance.
  • Shape and refine our sales processes and best practices to support ongoing growth and results.
  • Take ownership of 1:1s, appraisals, absence management, and performance issues, ensuring your team is supported and empowered.
  • Solve problems collaboratively, providing thoughtful and timely support to team members.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
  • Drive results by ensuring your team consistently meets (and exceeds!) key performance indicators and internal/external expectations.

Requirements:

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in B2B sales, with a solid track record of delivering results.
  • Experience in leading a team is desirable, but not essential for applicants as we will train you to lead the Agena way.
  • An ambitious, curious, and positive individual who thrives on learning and pushing boundaries.
  • Not afraid to challenge the norm and bring fresh thinking to the table.
  • Someone who aspires to have a long-term sales career within the Agena Group.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and happy to travel to sites and meetings when required.
