Job description

We are working with a software company based in Cambridge who are looking to a Sales Team Lead to their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position and offers hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leading the team to sell products and solutions within the UK
  2. Generating campaigns and strategies to increase usage
  3. Providing support to grow accounts
  4. Setting and reviewing individual and team sales quotas
  5. Conducting regular and team reviews
  6. Working closely with customers through phone calls, web and face to face meetings
  7. Managing existing accounts
Qualifications
  1. Experience in a similar role
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to pick up new technologies quickly
  4. Experience leading a team
