In this role, you'll be pivotal in supporting the sales team, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales support team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  2. Handle inbound sales calls and respond to customer enquiries with knowledge and professionalism.
  3. Provide detailed product information and offer tailored support to customers.
  4. Make outbound calls to customers, promoting special offers, promotions, and products.
  5. Oversee order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products to customers.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to better understand customer needs and deliver exceptional support.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient systems to boost team performance.
  8. Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring an outstanding service experience at every touchpoint.
  9. Report on team performance, sales data, and customer feedback to senior management.
Key Requirements:
