About the Role
This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing financial administration, processing orders, and assisting with sales documentation, ensuring a smooth sales process for both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing re-occurring revenue schedules and financial administration
- Processing purchase orders, raising quotes, and issuing invoices
- Creating sales documentation, including Statements of Work and Sales Proposals
- Maintaining customer licence records and ensuring accurate CRM data entry
- Supporting sales team operations through internal reports and pricing preparation
- Building strong relationships with clients and handling customer inquiries
- Analysing CRM data to improve sales processes
- Staying up to date with industry trends and market conditions
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in financial or sales administration
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Prioritisation and time management skills
- CRM software experience is desirable
