Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Location: Surrey

Want to be part of a leading global FMCG manufacturer? As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be working in the customer service team and being the main point of call for customers and suppliers, building strong relationships.

The role:

1. First point of call for customers and suppliers
2. Processing customer orders
3. Managing price queries or order delays
4. Placing supplier purchase orders on our ERP system
5. Maintaining stock levels
6. Working closely with 3PLs and hauliers

1. Proven background in Customer Service or Order Management
2. Previous experience using SAP ERP systems
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
4. Excellent written and spoken communication skills
5. A motivated quick learner who thrives in a collaborative environment
