Job description

Sales Support Administrator

Location: Warrington

Salary: £27,000 plus bonus and benefits

Our client is a fast-expanding, substantially backed asset finance business specialising in the provision of a range of funding options into the UK SME and mid-corporate sectors.

As they continue to execute their plan for ambitious growth, they are keen to appoint a Sales Support Administrator.

Responsibilities:
  1. Processing business from proposal to payout
  2. Answering Broker queries via email or over the phone
  3. Assisting Broker Development Managers/Sales reps with progressing deals to payout
  4. Help structure complicated deals
  5. Conducting KYC checks on our customers
  6. Meeting funding requirements
  7. Running quotes for Brokers
  8. Raising relevant documents as per credit conditions on any given deal
  9. Working with a number of departments (e.g., Underwriting, Governance, Payouts, and Finance) to help progress a deal
  10. Relationship building – we work with BDM and Brokers closely and it’s important to build good relationships with our Brokers. We want to be the ones they call whenever they need us.
