Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson MedTech | Electrophysiology is seeking a Sales Specialist to support South London.

Purpose of the role

You will be responsible for growing the market share of our business through driving adoption of our existing and new innovations and providing excellent customer experience for our external partners. Own your territory through the development of comprehensive business plans, focusing on high value opportunities to grow and develop new businesses.

What to expect:

1. Ensure key insights from the external marketplace are appropriately shared internally to craft future business plans.
2. Analyse and interpret account strategies and plans applying key systems and data, to gain a broad understanding of the business environment and insights into account needs.
3. Develop, deploy and maintain tactical business plans that align to business and customer objectives to deliver agreed objectives.
4. Prepare appropriate plans to meet with customers to deliver on account plans.
5. Lead customer training activities.
6. Partner with Professional Education to develop and maintain associated KOL relationships as well as encouraging the effective use of the Company’s comprehensive Professional Education offering.
7. Understand technical information pertinent to the procedure and product platform.
8. Maintain up-to-date market and industry knowledge.

Who are we looking for?

1. Degree or equivalent experience level education in Scientific, Business, Life Science or Medical Areas.
2. Understanding of the external secondary care environment.
3. Validated successful track record in selling, within the MedTech sector.
4. A great teammate and ambitious problem solver with the ability to mentor, guide and develop others to reach their potential, achieving business results.
