The Sales Specialist (Energy & Stapling) will be responsible for implementing the contract – support surgeons/ clinicians on the use of our client’s portfolio to be implemented across the trust. The product portfolios in mainly Thoracic and Bariatric Specialties.
Trusts in scope:
The role will report into the Regional Sales Manager and will attract a commission scheme in line with the current Sales Specialist structure.
Role Purpose:Account Planning
Implement the contract agreed for use of our client’s medical devices across Leeds and Harrogate hospitals.
Analyse and interpret account strategies and plans utilizing key systems and data, both internally and externally, where appropriate to gain a broad understanding of the business environment and insights into account needs.
SellingBuild strong networks of relationships that enable the identification of mutually helpful opportunities to sell key technologies in the surgical procedural environment.
Present brand value propositions and value-added customer solutions to positively influence buying behaviours.
TeamworkWork collaboratively with colleagues across the team to deliver business plan.
Professional Education and MarketingLeadership of customer training activities. Partner with Professional Education to develop and maintain associated KOL relationships as well as fostering the effective use of the Company’s comprehensive Professional Education offering.
