Hours: Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rota

As we continue to grow, Fine & Country East Yorkshire is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. Do you have a passion for property and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients? Are you confident, personable, and solutions-focused?

About the Role

In this role, you will guide clients through every stage of the home-moving journey—from first contact to successful completion. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless and exceptional experience, maintaining strong relationships, and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process
  • Arrange and attend property viewings
  • Oversee sales progression by liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other agents
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients
  • Identify opportunities to generate new business
  • Approach challenges with confidence and a solution-driven mindset
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Estate agency experience
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
