Location: Birmingham (3-4 hours a day spent out visiting customers)

Remuneration: £25,000 neg + uncapped commission, OTE £50,000

The role of the Sales Representative – Windows & Doors will involve:

1. Sales Representative position selling a range of uPVC, composite & aluminium windows & doors as well as conservatories and glazing services
2. Primarily dealing with homeowners & housing associations with a lesser focus on contractors & architects
3. 85% of your time will be spent dealing with inbound leads with the remaining 15% expected to be self-generated leads
4. Chase quotes and follow up leads to secure new business
5. Provide customers with product information and demonstrations where applicable
6. Organise your diary in the mornings to plan visits
7. Keep detailed records of all sales activity

The ideal applicant will be:

1. Must have customer facing sales experience or office sales with a drive to get out
2. Ideally will have experience within the fenestration or construction industry
3. Experience selling into housing associations highly beneficial
4. Excellent communication skills written and verbally
5. Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality
6. Comfortable with working both autonomously and as part of a team
7. UK Driving License
