Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with Stryker’s new and existing customers and drive recurrent sales cycles and continuous growth for our Patient Handling products.

  • Managing capital sales cycles for high value products.

  • Build strategies alongside the Marketing team to increase brand awareness, selling capabilities and product performance.

  • Provide consistent and timely reporting of key account activities, forecasts, and other ad-hoc reports.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff.

  • Attend sales training meetings, trade shows and other internal and external events to promote and give visibility to the companies’ products.

  • Meet annual sales targets in addition to other key performance objectives.

What you need:

  • Ideally, a BA or BSc degree in a Biomedical/Lifesciences or business-based subject or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrable success selling Surgical or Medical capital sales equipment is desirable, although not essential.

  • A track record of sales success.

  • A valid UK drivers’ license.

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including NHS personnel and private medical staff.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.

  • Proven ability to attain new business and perform against financial targets.
