Sales Support - Quotations Co-Ordinator Administrator
£28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus + Training + 33 Days Holiday + Benefits
Location: Nottingham

6 & 12 month FTC available for immediate starts.

Are you from an administration, customer service, internal sales or commercial support background, looking to join a global organisation offering training and hybrid working?


On offer is the opportunity to become a key part of a world-leading business in the water technology sector, supporting internal sales and service teams to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and professional support across a range of technical solutions.


This international business is a major global player employing over 25,000 people. Due to continued success and growth, they are looking to expand their Sales Support function with the addition of a Quotations Co-Ordinator based at their Nottingham office.


This is a varied administrative and customer-focused role, where you will liaise with internal stakeholders to prepare quotations, manage CRM updates, process purchase orders, and respond to enquiries from across the UK customer base.


The ideal candidate will have experience in sales administration or commercial support roles and be confident working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar). A background in technical, manufacturing, or engineering industries is desirable but not essential.


The Role:

  • Providing administrative and quotation support to the internal Sales team and Managers
  • Preparing accurate quotations via Salesforce CRM
  • Processing customer enquiries and purchase orders efficiently
  • Ensuring correct pricing, part numbers and compliance with internal approval processes
  • Maintaining customer account information and liaising with credit control
  • Full training provided with long-term career development


The Person:

  • Strong background in sales support, commercial admin or customer service
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with internal teams and external customers
  • Comfortable using CRM or quotation systems (Salesforce, CPQ - desirable)
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
