Job Description
The Company
We are one of London's leading design and build studios based in Chiswick. We specialise in home renovations, loft conversions, and kitchen extensions, offering our clients services from concept to completion. Our team consists of architects, interior designers, project managers, technicians, and builders.
We are currently looking to expand our business and hire an experienced Project Sales Manager to handle business expansion, build AI-driven systems for scaling, and manage the sales pipeline to increase conversion.
Responsibilities
The job will require you to:
You will be required to attend weekly status meetings at the head office and work to monthly/quarterly KPIs such as sales targets, value of the works quoted, improve conversion rate, and maintain the CRM system to be as effective as possible.
Initial training and onboarding onto the systems will be arranged.
High Level Requirements
Salary & Benefits:
Base Rate + Commission on successful KPIs - Commission is calculated as a percentage of the signed gross value of new business.
