Sales Progressor – Enfield Town

Salary: £25,000 + £5,000 Commission

Monday – Friday: 9am – 5:30pm

Hybrid working after probation (2 days per week)

Maternity cover – Minimum 18 months

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing the sales process from reservation through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers.
  2. Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to clients.

Overall summary of the role:

  1. Chasing customers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to ensure timelines are met regarding legal exchanges and completions.
  2. Legally progressing plot sales, freehold sales, and commercial sales.
  3. Chasing and updating housing association schedules ensuring monies are received.
  4. Producing weekly and monthly reports to Board Directors using Word, Excel, and the in-house system.
  5. Liaising with different departments to answer enquiries and obtain documents.
  6. Checking and ensuring the reservation paperwork is complete and accurate.
  7. Confirming the reservation with the client over the phone.
  8. Ensuring legal exchanges and completions take place on time.
  9. Answering enquiries raised by purchasers or the solicitor.
  10. Contacting freehold investors and liaising with them regarding freehold sales.
  11. Liaising with buyers and solicitors regarding terms and conditions and enquiries raised.
  12. Updating the freehold portfolio administration.
  13. Data entry on the in-house system.
  14. Writing letters to clients regarding reservations, exchanges, notices, and completions.
  15. Updating reports and schedules for housing association, exchanges, completions, freehold sales, and commercial sales.
  16. Writing CMLs.
