Sales/Order/Customer Services Co-ordinator

Job Advert: Order/ Sales Processing Co-ordinator

Location: Aylesford
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00

Are you an organized and friendly individual with a knack for multitasking? We are seeking a dedicated Order Processing Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and confirm customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  2. Manage customer accounts, ensuring all relevant details are up-to-date and accurate
  3. Handle stock control, ensuring inventory levels are maintained and updated regularly
  4. Raise purchase orders to suppliers and track their fulfillment
  5. Organize transport and logistics for orders across Europe
  6. Prepare and process export paperwork to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
  7. Order office stationery and uniforms as needed
  8. Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations
  9. Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, inventory, and shipments
  11. Looking after sales Inbox
  12. First point of call on the telephone, so need confidence and good telephone manner

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in order processing, supply chain, or logistics is preferred
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  4. Knowledge of export paperwork and international shipping is an advantage
  5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and any relevant order management software
  7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
