Role Overview:

As the S&OP Process Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Demand Planning activities. This role involves supporting monthly demand plans, optimising production strategies, and integrating new businesses and products. You will facilitate the demand forecast aggregation process, develop metrics for forecast accuracy, and ensure data integrity and S&OP performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Demand Planning Support:

1. Assist with the creation and management of monthly demand plans, consumption models, and production strategies.
2. Support the integration of new businesses and product launches into the planning process.

Metrics Development:

1. Develop and monitor metrics for forecast accuracy, planning data integrity, and overall S&OP performance.
2. Provide detailed performance inputs to Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

S&OP Oversight:

1. Oversee all S&OP and Demand Planning activities.
2. Facilitate the monthly demand forecast aggregation process, ensuring consensus among functions and stakeholders.
3. Establish and maintain best practices for data analysis and sales forecasts.
4. Collaborate with the BB Team to expand continuous improvement projects.

Trend Analysis:

1. Review and analyse forecast demand versus actual demand to understand changes and trends.
2. Notify scheduling and manufacturing teams of significant forecast or capacity changes in a timely manner.
