Job description

This is a unique and challenging role providing high-quality Sales Operations administrative and sales enablement support to the Sales Operations Manager. This role will continuously identify opportunities to improve sales productivity and processes by collaborating with the Sales Operations Manager on the execution of business-critical projects and help manage the renewal portfolio as advised by the Sales Operations Manager.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  1. Ensure integrity of all data is maintained in Salesforce.
  2. Ensure all opportunities & leads are being captured and monitored.
  3. Engage with sales to ensure mandatory fields in Salesforce are filled in and all mandatory documents are attached.
  4. Ensure all active/non-active accounts are recorded correctly.
  5. Ensure all renewal opportunities are cloned correctly within Salesforce.
  6. Create new and maintain current dashboards as advised by the Sales Operations Manager.
  7. Manage data administration of our contracts system to ensure all contract paperwork is recorded, correct, up to date, well organized, and retrievable.
  8. Assist with the onboarding and training process of new Sales Representatives.
  9. Promote efficiency by identifying areas for improvement through processes and automation of the CRM system.
  10. Effectively manage the partner run rate renewals and other renewal contracts as advised by the Sales Operations Manager.

Essential Skills:

  1. Strong experience supporting software sales environments in Business Administration or Sales Operations.
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Proficient with Salesforce and latest versions.
  4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Results and success-oriented, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure.
  6. Ability to manage a busy workload and multitask efficiently.
  7. Confidence in working independently and as part of a team.
  8. Good understanding of contracts.
  9. Technically aware and able to keep up with product knowledge.
  10. Exceptional telephone and writing skills.
