Sales & Marketing Manager - Central London - 40k-45k plus bonus

My client is one of the hospitality industry's most well-known and respected brands and they are currently recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Manager for their flagship restaurant in Central London.

As Sales & Marketing Manager, your main focuses will be the following:

1. Business development targeting key markets such as corporate and travel trade.
2. Financial comprehension of the restaurant's budget and P&L.
3. Development of sales strategies.
4. Execution and development of marketing initiatives.
5. Manage marketing expenses in accordance with the budget and forecast models.
6. Ability to ideate and execute meetings & events that exceed the expectations of all clients.
7. Commitment to company brand standards at all times.
