We are excited to welcome a passionate, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager with exceptional expertise in driving sales both online, especially through social media, and offline channels to lead growth across three impactful brands: Caroline Strawson Global Enterprises Ltd, The Mental Wellbeing Company, and The School of Trauma Informed Positive Psychology. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a proven background in leveraging social media and digital platforms to drive online sales, while also executing effective offline sales strategies to expand reach and impact.

As our Sales and Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team, developing dynamic marketing plans, and spearheading initiatives that optimise lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement across both digital and traditional channels. Your expertise in social media-driven sales will be crucial, alongside your ability to create and implement offline strategies that drive meaningful, face-to-face interactions and connections.

Starting Salary: £55,000 plus performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales and marketing teams to meet company growth targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and market share across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and refine sales processes to increase conversion rates, customer retention, and overall sales performance.
  • Sales strategy of the funnel build of the multiple product suite.
  • Host monthly trainings for the sales team and students in our community.

Marketing Campaign Development:

  • Design, implement, and optimise marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels that align with sales objectives.
  • Leverage marketing automation, email campaigns, and social media strategies to create an engaging buyer journey and improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to create promotional materials, messaging, and campaigns that support lead nurturing and closing sales.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

  • Analyse key metrics across sales funnels and marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
  • Report regularly to stakeholders on campaign performance, lead conversion, and sales outcomes, and refine marketing efforts based on data insights.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Oversee and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to the highest-impact initiatives.
  • Track spending and performance of campaigns, ensuring marketing and sales activities deliver a clear return on investment.

Innovation and Market Insights:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts, applying insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Continuously explore new channels and approaches to improve sales and brand positioning.

Requirements:

Proven Experience in Sales and Marketing Leadership (minimum 2 years):

  • Demonstrated experience in building, managing sales and marketing teams with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, sales processes, and lead generation strategies, with a strong understanding of customer behaviour and buying cycles.

Strategic and Analytical Thinking:

  • Ability to think strategically about the company’s sales and marketing goals and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in using analytics to drive decisions and optimise both sales and marketing activities.

Strong Leadership and Communication Skills:

  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, with a focus on achieving goals through collaboration and coaching.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external partners.

Tech-Savvy:

  • Proficient with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Meta).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies and social media marketing tools.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

  • Passion for professional growth and staying updated on new sales methodologies, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth. Starting salary £55,000.
