We are excited to welcome a passionate, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager with exceptional expertise in driving sales both online, especially through social media, and offline channels to lead growth across three impactful brands: Caroline Strawson Global Enterprises Ltd, The Mental Wellbeing Company, and The School of Trauma Informed Positive Psychology. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a proven background in leveraging social media and digital platforms to drive online sales, while also executing effective offline sales strategies to expand reach and impact.
As our Sales and Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team, developing dynamic marketing plans, and spearheading initiatives that optimise lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement across both digital and traditional channels. Your expertise in social media-driven sales will be crucial, alongside your ability to create and implement offline strategies that drive meaningful, face-to-face interactions and connections.
