Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director (Interim Contract) - New Homes Developer

Location: London

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum + Bonus (DOE)

Please note only those with a property developer based background at director level will be considered for this position.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to join a leading new homes developer on a maternity cover contract.

This senior role requires a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in driving sales and marketing strategies for new home developments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies for a portfolio of luxury new homes developments.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
3. Oversee the sales team, providing leadership, training, and strategic direction to ensure sales targets are met.
4. Work closely with senior management and external stakeholders, including agents and contractors, to achieve business objectives.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Experience & Skills Required:

1. Significant experience in sales and marketing within the new homes or property development sector.
2. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
3. Strong track record of successfully driving sales performance and achieving targets.
4. Expertise in digital and traditional marketing strategies.
5. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality, as this role is sensitive in nature.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Competitive salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
2. Performance-based bonus structure, up to 20% of salary.
