Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director (Interim Contract) - New Homes Developer
Location: London
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum + Bonus (DOE)

Please note only those with a property developer based background at director level will be considered for this position.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to join a leading new homes developer on a maternity cover contract.

This senior role requires a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in driving sales and marketing strategies for new home developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies for a portfolio of luxury new homes developments.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
  • Oversee the sales team, providing leadership, training, and strategic direction to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Work closely with senior management and external stakeholders, including agents and contractors, to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Significant experience in sales and marketing within the new homes or property development sector.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong track record of successfully driving sales performance and achieving targets.
  • Expertise in digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality, as this role is sensitive in nature.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • Performance-based bonus structure, up to 20% of salary.
  • Additional benefits include company car allowance, healthcare, and pension contributions.
