Are you well-presented, well spoken, articulate and energetic, with a strong background and track record in residential property sales? If this sounds like you and you are based within reach of the Whitstable area, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Estate Agency Sales Manager/ Valuer with a market leading local agency.

While it would be ideal to find a candidate who is currently in a similar role, with exceptional instruction winning skills and experience in managing and motivating a team, the company may consider a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager who feels ready to take the next step in their property career: subject to being able to demonstrate the right experience and attitude.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Estate Agency industry, a great personal track record of successful performance and the ambition to want to build a career in Estate Agency.

You will be assisting in ensuring the Branch hits targets, takes advantage of all sales opportunities, is profitable, wins new business and retains current clients.

The Company: Our client is a leading Independent Estate Agency, with an excellent reputation and local offices in the Whitstable area who specialise in residential property sales and lettings.

Skills required for this Sales Manager / Valuer (Estate Agency) role will include:

• Previous experience in residential Sales
• Listing and instruction winning experience
• Ability to build strong business relationships
• Focused to lead and motivate a team
• Able to win new business
• Full UK driving license required
• Local knowledge of the Whitstable area is preferred
