Sales Manager - UK - Car driver essential

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join a large established flexible office industry client. You will be responsible for new business targeting large businesses across the UK.

Responsibilities include:

• Business Development
• Account management
• Contract negotiation
• Performance tracking
• Represent the company at industry events
• Support the senior management team
• Meet sales targets
• Maintain client retention

Person spec:

• 5+ years experience in Sales within commercial real estate or flexible office space
• Excellent Sales and Business Development skills
• Experience of exceeding sales targets
