Full Time - Camp Hopson Premium Department Store in Newbury.

The Store is part of the Morleys Stores Group, an independent group of 8 department stores based in and around London. Each of our stores comes with its own unique heritage and position within the local communities, and we continue to be the go-to location for premium fashion and housewares on our high streets. We are proud to continue the tradition of excellent customer service delivered through our fantastic teams.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Manager to lead the teams on toys, craft, stationery, and gifts in our newly extended home store.

Experience of working in a similar environment within one of these product areas would be a strong advantage.

If you are passionate about retailing and have a proven track record in a store management role, then this is the ideal position for you.

The Role:

You will be motivating and developing an established team to reach their full potential. Empowering your team to achieve targets and maximise sales. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are key to this role; your energy and enthusiasm will be used to its full capacity in maintaining standards and encouraging your team to give excellent customer service.

The Candidate must be:

an experienced Retail Manager with a proven track of delivering results. An excellent communicator who has the ability to build relationships at all levels. You will need to enjoy working under pressure and be able to use your commercial skills to identify opportunities to the benefit of the business.
