An ideal location would be Bristol, Exeter or Newport.

Cpl is partnered with a new and exciting player within the Renewable Energy / Solar market. This position is for a Sales Manager in South West and South Wales for a Solar Distributor that covers wholesale renewable energy, energy efficiency products (such as panels, batteries, and inverters) to residential installers, commercial installers, and EPCs/Utility Projects.

The company is looking for a Sales Manager with a track record of sales and business growth to oversee their operation and lead their expansion into the South West and South Wales.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the renewable energy or technology sectors.
3. At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably with regional responsibility.
4. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive growth in a competitive market.
5. A dynamic salesperson with an entrepreneurial attitude.
