Sales Manager - New England

Position Summary:

Sales leadership position with responsibility for leading direct sales in New England for Russelectric, A Siemens Business. The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales and Business Development. The successful candidate will be expected to drive significant top line and EBITDA growth through developing, implementing and continuously improving sales performance.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Direct Russelectric’s sales and collaboration efforts with other business segments New England, to meet budget and other financial goals.
2. Demonstrate successful execution of all customer-facing business strategies for companies’ products and services.
3. Establish sales performance goals while supporting the sales in the region, from prospecting through after-sales support.
4. Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development, that align with the strategic goals.
5. Demonstrate proven working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and operations management.
6. Ensure the quality control of various activities regarding customer service and product deployment.
7. Make sure all work and activity stay in sync with legal methods, general duty care and management.
8. Assign operational goals for internal and external collaborators.
9. Implement and manage daily, weekly, monthly performance metrics/scorecards.

You will win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

1. 10 + years experience as a sales manager / leader in a multi-site sales and field services business in the electrical equipment market environment, with a successful track record of managing and growing operations to deliver growth and profitability. Critically important and emergency power generation market knowledge a plus.
2. BS or equivalent experience in technical degree.
3. Experience working with outside sales organizations.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Excellent leadership skills and ability to collaborate with individuals across multiple inter disciplinary teams.
7. Results based leadership style abilities with strong influencing skills.
8. Tenacity and energy in leading change toward an effective work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in the following Industries: HV/MV/LV Electrical equipment, engineering and field services, critical, emergency power generation.

2. The pay range for this position is $141k-$175K, with an additional sales incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
