Sales Manager - Creative Media

Location: Farringdon, London

Hours: Full-time, office-based | Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Salary: £45,000 base | OTE £150,000+ (uncapped commission)

We're hiring on behalf of a globally recognised creative content production company that partners with some of the world's most iconic brands. As Sales Manager, you'll lead and grow a high-performing onsite B2B sales team, driving revenue through powerful branded media and content campaigns.

1. Play a hands-on leadership role, identifying new business opportunities.
2. Negotiate high-value deals (£40k+).
3. Coach your team to exceed targets.
4. Bring energy, ambition, and strategic insight to help scale the business.

What You'll Bring:

1. A proven track record in sales leadership within fast-paced sectors - ideally within media or creative industries.
2. Comfortable selling to C-suite stakeholders.
3. Experience managing complex sales cycles and building long-term commercial partnerships.
