The Role:

1. Lead and motivate sales team drive team performance to achieve targets
2. Build key customer relationships establish and maintain strong connections with important clients
3. Maximise profitable sales focus on strategies to increase revenue and profitability
4. Develop and implement sales strategies create and execute plans for growth and market penetration
5. Manage team performance and resources train analyse performance and oversee budgets

The Person:

1. Proven background as a Sales Manager, managing a team of sales professionals
2. Experience within the Gas, LPG or LNG industries
3. Competent in MS Office packages
4. Flexible to frequently travel nationwide for client visits
