Sales Manager - Kensington & Chelsea, SW8

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a friendly and very well-known Estate Agency based in Kensington & Chelsea, SW8. Our client is a thriving boutique property company located at Kensington & Chelsea. The dynamic team delivers exceptional service and expertise in the London property market. Our client has an exciting opportunity to hire the best Sales Manager in London! With a prestigious client base that expects only the highest standards, our client is regarded as a leader in knowledge and insight across our glamorous London locations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing a professional and energetic team of Sales Consultants
2. Conducting and winning market appraisals
3. Overseeing and monitoring all sales negotiations
4. Providing landlords and vendors with regular market updates and comprehensive viewing feedback

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

1. Minimum of 3 years Estate Agency experience
2. Minimum of 1 year experience at Management level.
3. Previous experience managing a busy team of highly ambitious Property Consultants is essential.
4. A desire to want to play a core role in significantly scaling a business
5. A proven track record in Estate Agency
6. Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
7. Enjoy working in a team environment
8. We are looking for an articulate, confident, and calm leader who can inspire others with charm, diligence, and tenacity.

The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Salary range will be: between £35,000pa to £40,000pa basic an OTE of around £100,000
