OutThere RPO are supporting a client with their search for a Sales Manager or Head of Sales.
The overall purpose of this role is to understand, lead, inspire and embed yourself within the Sales, Account Management and New Business teams, working towards a 3-5 year scaling strategy for double-digit growth. Your primary objective is to get under the skin of all elements of the sales division and gain an understanding of pipeline opportunities while strategizing for the greater business plan.
