As the Sales Manager within our Enterprise Direct Sales team, you’ll be responsible for mentoring, growing and developing your team who are passionate about winning new ERP customers. You will achieve this by recruiting talent, mentoring, growing and developing your Specialist team.
You'll have an eye for driving strategic growth, but will be very comfortable working at an operational level; coaching, mentoring, co-selling, reviewing sales calls – always looking for improvement.
You'll improve and optimise the sales effectiveness, conversion rates, deal velocity, and quota attainment of your team by using, executing and reinforcing the operational fields outlined in the MYOB Sales Leadership playbook. You will be responsible for building and developing our strategy for securing strategic opportunities while balancing volume and value.
Extensive experience in ERP solution selling (must have!)
