Sales Manager Business Development Manager

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth for a leading IT consultancy who provides tech solutions to the education sector. Key focus being to win new clients through public sector frameworks and expand our existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business: Identify tender opportunities and lead proposals for education sector projects.
2. Account Management: Oversee new clients and nurture existing ones, ensuring top-notch support.
3. Sales Strategy: Achieve sales targets and develop strategic account plans.
4. Collaboration: Partner with technical teams to craft bespoke IT solutions.
5. Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance and champion best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Proven and recent track record in IT sales, ideally in education/public sector.
2. Bid Expertise: Hands-on experience in bid writing and tender management.
3. Technical Know-How: Knowledge of IT solutions like cloud, cybersecurity, and classroom tech.
4. Communication Skills: Confident in pitching to senior decision-makers.
5. Resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Base up to £50k base, OTE: £60k-£80k+
2. Location: London with remote/hybrid flexibility.
