Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join an innovative business operating in the water technology industry. This full-time Sales Manager role offers an attractive salary and excellent benefits. This is a role with both office and field-based responsibilities.

As a Sales Manager, you will implement and manage the sales strategy for commercial and industrial products. You will also oversee construction and industrial sales, manage key accounts, and drive sales strategies in line with the company's overall business objectives. For this role, it is essential you have experience with Water Treatment; candidates without this will unfortunately not be considered for this role due to the nature of the product.

As a National Sales - Commercial Specialist, you will:
  • Oversee quotes and manage nominated accounts and allocated projects
  • Support, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Knowledge and experience within the Water Treatment industry - Essential
  • Coordinate marketing activities, including shows and exhibitions
  • Selling water treatment products to commercial clients and domestic resellers
  • Maintaining client relationships and expanding the client base
  • Achieving sales targets and providing product education and support to clients
  • Proven track record of competitive sales within a water treatment environment
  • Passionate about driving business development and prioritizing client satisfaction
