Key Responsibilities as a Visual Sales Manager:

1. Strong visual merchandising skills and a passion for it
2. Driving customer service levels
3. Leading and inspiring your management team
4. Overseeing people, service, operations, and product management
5. Sales generation, driving KPI, budget, and P&L management
6. Ensuring a high level of visual standards and commerciality are maintained
7. Training and people development of employees
8. One-to-one coaching and succession planning

What we are looking for:

1. Currently working as a visual manager, Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, Store Manager, or Department Manager with a strong passion and understanding of VM
2. At least 2-3 years of retail visual and management experience
3. A natural flair for visual merchandising and an eye for detail
4. Experience working in fashion is highly desirable but not essential; experience in footwear, accessories, clothing, or big box is acceptable
5. A love for inspiring your team through leadership and celebration of exceeding KPIs
6. Experience managing turnovers over £500k will be advantageous
