Overall Purpose:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to achieve sales targets, develop new business, maintain customer relationships, and enhance the overall customer experience. This role involves strategic planning, managing people, selling, leveraging technology, and improving processes. The Sales Manager is also responsible for training, coaching, and monitoring the performance of the sales team. The role will also form part of the Senior Leadership Team to take the business forward and be a strategic part of structuring the business for growth.
